Scope of Works:

  • Act as Principle contractor
  • To design, specify and install a new mixed use office facility
  • Design office layout to accommodate three businesses consolidating into one facility
  • To supply break out and canteen areas
  • To supply various meeting areas and boardroom facilities
  • To Strip out part complete base build interior and extend offices 200% to accommodate 125 staff
  • To provide disabled facilities and future proofing
  • To supply new raised access flooring
  • To supply and install all new partitioning and fire breaks
  • To insulate to achieve a ECP or B or better
  • To design and install 8m x 65m 2 hour fire wall complete with all doors
  • To install new fire alarm system
  • To install full access control system
  • To design and install new staircase balustrade
  • To supply and install all new floor coverings
  • To supply and install all desks, seating and storage solutions
  • To Design supply and install all new ventilation and comfort cooling and AC
  • Installation of conference room facilities
  • Design and installation of all Data cabling CAT6e
  • Design and install a new comms room facility and cooling
  • Supply Comms racks and power solutions to Comms room
